The SBA 8(a) Sole Source vehicle enables agencies to engage in sole source or set aside contracts with MODTECH Solutions. The Contracting Officer may award a sole source, set aside contract, or take advantage of the simplified acquisition procedures (FAR Part 13), awarding contracts up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services and $7 million for manufacturing. Our SBA 8(a) business development certification is valid through 11/16/2027.
