About Us

Who We Are:

From humble beginnings in a modest garage in 2008 to a powerhouse in defense solutions

MODTECH Solutions was founded with a singular mission: to empower America’s front-line defense operations to secure every asset, connect every operator, and dominate every battlespace.

Driven by the determination of its founder, who traded daylight for bolted server racks and moonlight for soldered comms kits, MODTECH Solutions quickly gained the trust of local base commanders. Today, we proudly stand as a formidable presence in the industry, with our operations extending across the entire Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) and the Continental United States (CONUS) regions, exemplifying our growth and strategic capabilities.

We provide comprehensive C5ISR integration support to five U.S. combatant commands and a continually expanding network of federal agencies. Yet, our original battle cry—secure, connect, dominate—remains the guiding principle behind every project we undertake.

Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen national defense through groundbreaking technological solutions, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.

Our Vision

To empower the warfighters for a safer world.

Core Business Values
Anchored by
Secure · Connect · Dominate

Grit (Secure)

Challenging missions and harsh environments strengthen us; adversity refines our skills.

Growth (Connect)

We prioritize investing in professional skills, personal well-being, and family balance, acknowledging that connected, whole individuals innovate more effectively.

Commitment (Dominate)

Budgets are respected, schedules are upheld, promises are kept—because our word is part of every deliverable.

Solutions Obsessed

Every obstacle is a puzzle; we tighten security, deepen connectivity, and maintain dominance until the mission is accomplished.

Our Modus Operandi -The MODTECH Way.

Secure

We lead with a mindset of vigilance—building trust through discipline, proactive risk mitigation, and a culture of resilience that ensures nothing mission-critical is left exposed.

Connect

We unify what’s fragmented—bridging people, processes, and platforms through clear communication, agile coordination, and an obsession with alignment at every level.

Dominate

We create decisive advantage—applying insight, speed, and innovation to help our partners anticipate, adapt, and lead in any environment they face.

That three-step rhythm drives everything from our ISO-aligned design-build shops to the on-call cleared experts available 24/7. It’s the reason customers present us with “break-glass” problems—comms blackouts, over-tasked data centers, cyber breaches—and see them resolved within timelines others deem impossible.
